CEO Aurora Merino Salas is highly regarded in Spain and internationally for her leadership, expertise, capability, knowledge and excellent customer service skills. She is an experienced professional with a strong track record in the gambling and online casino sector dating back to 2004. She has first-hand experience of the industry as B2B supplier, B2C operator and laboratory services provider and was also involved in the early stages of the iGaming regulatory process in Spain (and other jurisdictions). She is regularly called upon to speak, contribute to panels or moderate at international iGaming events and conferences.

Teté Asensi

Chief Operating Officer Teté Asensi brought her experience in credit risk and banking to the iGaming industry where she has worked since 2013. With a first degree in economics and a masters in tax and taxation law, she has exceptional analytical and organizational skills and is passionate about numbers. She qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) in 2021 and is valued by clients for her judgment and insights.

Xenia Merino

Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer Xenia Merino has worked in the iGaming sector since 2014. She has lead and taken part in numerous successful projects in Gaming working for operators and suppliers and also as a laboratory member. She has an education in digital marketing and true expertise in compliance, documentation drafting and QA bringing a “can do” attitude to achieving client business objectives whilst ensuring they remain compliant with all applicable regulations.
